On December 14, 2024, Green and Clean Team Nepal launched a six-month daily cleaning campaign around the World Heritage Site, Boudhanath Stupa. This initiative aims to maintain the cleanliness of the sacred site and its surrounding alleys, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for visitors and locals alike.

The campaign is being conducted in collaboration with Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC), Ward No. 06, Boudha, which is supporting the team by providing essential cleaning equipment and assisting in organizing awareness programs. Additionally, several monasteries, hotels, and local businesses around the Boudha area have extended their support to make this initiative a success.
