Efforts to make Boudha area safer for pedestrians by removing poles and wires

I am pleased to report our ongoing efforts to improve the safety and cleanliness of our community. Specifically, we have been working closely with the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) M.D and our advisor Mr. Kulman Ghising and Senior Engineer of NEA, Baneshwor, Mr. Rohini Poudel.

This ongoing work has been a challenge, but our team has worked tirelessly to ensure that it is done efficiently and safely. The removal of poles and wires has made a significant difference in the area, especially in terms of safety. One particular anecdote that comes to mind is when we discovered a pole that was hanging precariously just with the support of a bunch of wires. It was startling to see just how dangerous the situation was, and we knew we had to act fast. With the help of Mr. Ghising and his team, we were able to safely remove the wires and secure the pole. It was a small victory, but it was one that made a big impact on the safety of the community.

Since then, we have continued our work to remove unnecessary wires and poles, and I am happy to report that people feel much safer walking around the Boudha area now. This would not have been possible without the support and collaboration of the NEA and Mr. Ghising. On behalf of the Green and Clean Team Nepal, we extend our sincere thanks to them for their continued efforts towards improving the quality of life for everyone in our community.

Of course, our work is far from over, and we will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that our community remains safe and clean. In conclusion, we are proud of the work that we have done so far and the impact it has had on the community. We will continue to work diligently to ensure that we create a safe and clean environment for the people of Boudha.
